His experience dates from US Agency for International Development in Africa, Overseas Private Investment Corporation in Washington DC, Citibank N.A. in Manhattan and Frankfurt, Germany and GE Capital Corporation in London and Connecticut. His product expertise include infrastructure project finance and private sector policy development. He holds a Bachelors Degree from University of Colorado and a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, D.C. He speaks English, French and German.
